Ingredients

  • 2 oz Casa San Lucas
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz agave syrup
  • top with sparkling water

Tools

Method

Combine all but the sparkling water in a shaker with ice. Shake, strain over fresh ice, top.

Margarita

Bright citrus, mellow agave warmth, finished with salt. The original, dialed in.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Casa San Lucas
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz fresh orange juice
  • ¼ oz agave syrup

Tools

Method

Combine all in a shaker. Add ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a salt-rimmed rocks glass. Garnish.

Paloma

Pink grapefruit, salt, and sparkle. A poolside staple, no compromise.

  • 4 oz Casa San Lucas (5mg)
  • 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • ½ oz agave syrup
  • ¼ oz saline solution
  • top with sparkling water

Method

Combine everything except the sparkling water in a shaker with ice. Shake, strain into a collins glass full of fresh ice, top with bubbles.

Ranch Water

West Texas in a tall glass. Three ingredients, all swagger.
